Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website livenewspro.com and the subscription-based live news streaming service offered through it (collectively, the “Service”), operated by WebsCare Marketing, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“LiveNewsPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

LiveNewsPro is a global digital service. The Service is offered to subscribers worldwide and is not specifically targeted at, hosted in, or operated from any single country. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations applicable to them in their place of residence.

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you (“Subscriber,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our DMCA / Copyright Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

LiveNewsPro is an online news aggregator and indexing service that provides convenient single-dashboard access to a curated selection of major free-to-air news channels. The catalogue available through the Service is built from publicly broadcast feeds and from channel suggestions contributed by Subscribers and other users (see Section 8). The Service is delivered as a digital streaming product; no physical goods are sold and no content is downloaded for permanent retention by the Subscriber.

We may add, remove, modify, or temporarily suspend channels, features, or functionality at any time without prior notice. Channel availability depends on third-party broadcasters, technical conditions, and other factors outside our control, and is not guaranteed.

2. Nature of Subscription Fees

Subscription fees charged for access to the Service are paid as a contribution toward, and are intended to cover, the technical operating costs of the Service, including but not limited to: server infrastructure, bandwidth and content-delivery costs, software development and maintenance, payment-processing fees, customer support, and general administration.

Subscription fees are not consideration for any license to third-party copyrighted programming. We do not own, license, or claim editorial control over the broadcast programming carried by the channels indexed through the Service. Programming originates from, and remains the property of, the respective broadcasters.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Service. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; (b) keep your login credentials confidential; (c) be responsible for all activity under your account; and (d) notify us immediately at support@livenewspro.com of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or shared in violation of these Terms.

One account is licensed to one Subscriber for personal, non-commercial use. Concurrent stream limits, where applicable, are stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment Processors

4.1 Payment Processors. Depending on the checkout option you select, your payment will be processed by:

  • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. / Stripe Payments UAE LLC (“Stripe”) — Stripe acts as our payment processor. LiveNewsPro is the seller of record for Stripe-processed transactions and is responsible for refunds, billing inquiries, and applicable tax obligations. Stripe’s role is limited to processing the payment under its own terms (https://stripe.com/legal/consumer) and privacy notice (https://stripe.com/privacy).

  • Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) — where Paddle checkout is offered, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, meaning Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction, collects and remits applicable taxes, and handles refunds, chargebacks, and billing-related customer service for those transactions. Our order process, when conducted through Paddle, is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for Paddle-processed transactions. By purchasing through Paddle, you also agree to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

In all cases, we never see, store, or have access to your full payment-card number. We receive only a transaction reference, the last four digits of the card, the card brand, the country of purchase, and your subscription status.

4.2 Subscription Plans. Subscription plans, prices, billing intervals, and features are listed on our pricing page and confirmed at checkout. All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated. Where Paddle is the processor, applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle. Where Stripe is the processor, applicable taxes (where chargeable) are added at checkout by us.

4.3 Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.4 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time: – From your account dashboard at livenewspro.com, – By emailing support@livenewspro.com, or – By contacting Paddle directly at https://paddle.net for Paddle-processed transactions.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access until the end of the current paid billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued for cancellation alone (see Section 5 for refund eligibility).

4.5 Failed Payments. If a renewal payment fails, the relevant processor may retry the charge per its standard dunning schedule. If payment cannot be collected, your access may be suspended or terminated.

4.6 Price Changes. We may change subscription prices. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before a price change takes effect on your renewal. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price applies.

5. Refund Policy (Summary)

A full Refund Policy is published at /refund-policy. In summary:

  • First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase if the Service does not work as expected.
  • Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, with discretionary exceptions for accidental renewals reported within 7 days, verified service outages, duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances.

Digital-content notice: Because the Service is digital content delivered immediately upon subscription, by checking out you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal where applicable, except as set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your account credentials, stream URLs, or any portion of the Service;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, mirror, restream, record, or otherwise capture content delivered through the Service for redistribution;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose;
  • Circumvent any geo-restriction, authentication, rate-limiting, watermarking, or DRM mechanism;
  • Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools to access the Service except as expressly permitted;
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to interfere with the Service;
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users’ enjoyment of it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Section without refund.

7. Third-Party Content and Trademarks

LiveNewsPro is a technical aggregator and indexing service. The channels accessible through the Service are major free-to-air news channels broadcast publicly by their respective networks. All channel names, logos, programming, and trademarks displayed in or through the Service are the property of their respective owners.

LiveNewsPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with any of the broadcasters whose channels appear within the Service. References to broadcaster names and marks are nominative, used solely to identify content for the convenience of Subscribers, and are not intended to suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

8. User Submissions and Contributions

8.1 Channel Suggestions. From time to time, Subscribers and other users may suggest channels, feeds, or links for inclusion in the Service catalogue (“Submissions”), through any “Suggest a Channel” form, support email, or other channel we may provide for that purpose.

8.2 User Representations. By making a Submission, you represent and warrant that: (a) the Submission does not, to the best of your knowledge, violate any applicable law or third-party right; (b) the channel or feed you are suggesting is publicly broadcast and freely accessible at the source you identify; and (c) you have no reason to believe the rights holder objects to its inclusion in an aggregator service.

8.3 No Obligation; Editorial Discretion. We are under no obligation to review, accept, include, or retain any Submission. We may, in our sole discretion, accept, reject, modify, deprioritise, or remove any Submission without notice.

8.4 Liability for Submissions. You are solely responsible for the Submissions you make. You agree to indemnify us against any claim, liability, or loss (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of any Submission you make in breach of Section 8.2.

8.5 Removal on Request. If a rights holder objects to a stream that originated from a Submission (or any other source), we will remove or disable access to it as set out in our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

9. Subscriber Viewing Arrangements

LiveNewsPro is built around a community of cord-cutters, expats, travelers, and households worldwide who already enjoy free, public, or subscription-based access to over-the-air, cable, and satellite news broadcasts in their everyday lives, and who appreciate the convenience of a single online dashboard.

We trust our Subscribers to use the Service in a manner consistent with the broadcast access available to them in their own jurisdiction. By subscribing, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, your use of the Service does not breach the laws applicable to you. You are best placed to understand your local broadcast availability and any entitlements you hold; we do not, and cannot reasonably, monitor those arrangements.

10. Intellectual Property

Excluding third-party content described in Section 7 and Submissions described in Section 8, all software, code, design, user-interface elements, the “LiveNewsPro” name, and the livenewspro.com website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial viewing during your active subscription. No other rights are granted.

11. Copyright Complaints

If you are a copyright holder (or an authorized representative) and believe any content made accessible through the Service infringes your rights, please follow the procedure set out in our DMCA / Copyright Policy at /dmca. We respond to valid takedown requests promptly and will remove or disable access to the disputed stream upon receipt of a properly submitted notice.

12. Service Availability, Geographic Access, and Modifications

We aim to provide the Service on a 24/7 basis but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, internet conditions, force majeure, or matters beyond our reasonable control.

Geographic access. Access to specific channels, features, or the Service as a whole may be unavailable in certain countries or regions due to operational, technical, regulatory, or licensing considerations. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, restrict, modify, or block access from any country, region, or IP range. You agree not to use any technical means to circumvent such restrictions.

We may, at any time, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, with or without notice. If we permanently discontinue a paid Service, we will arrange a pro-rated refund of any unused, prepaid subscription fees through the original payment processor.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR BE FREE OF ERRORS OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LIVENEWSPRO, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) USD 50.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LiveNewsPro and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any Submission you make under Section 8; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 8.4, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, and 18) will survive.

You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription as described in Section 4.4.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or by a notice on livenewspro.com at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

18.1 Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service (whether contractual or non-contractual), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

18.2 Informal resolution. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@livenewspro.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

18.3 Binding arbitration — DIAC, seated in DIFC. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (“DIAC”) under its Arbitration Rules, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.

  • The seat of arbitration shall be the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates.
  • The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the DIAC Rules.
  • The language of the arbitration shall be English.
  • The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

18.4 Class-action waiver. You and LiveNewsPro agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

18.5 Consumer rights. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where mandatory law so provides.

19. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the DMCA Policy, and the applicable payment processor’s terms (Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms or Stripe’s consumer terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor without restriction.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

No Agency. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and us.

Language. These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only; the English version controls in case of discrepancy.
